Why do we like listening to music?

Do we listen to music differently in different stages of our lives?  Do we find some songs more gratifying than others in different times in our lives? Why do some songs make us feel good inside and others are just... just alright. Is it the wave frequency or is it that we relate to the lyrics? I, personally, know that I am not drawn to the words, sure it's great when the songs connect to your feelings and thoughts, but that is not my top requirement when choosing which songs I like or I should say which songs pull me in. I don't feel I choose them. They automatically get replayed and eventually given the title (at least in my head if I don't share them with anyone) that this song is goood.  My taste of music is different than what most people around me like. It is a personal thing. Most of the time I listen to music either on my earphones or in my car, sometimes there are others around me where in that case I listen to different genres usually something more upbeat. Most d

While strolling a public place and walking at a regular pace--not too fast and not too slow--and having just enough space for yourself and your friend on your right side, someone walks closer and closer to you and is heading your direction and you're thinking oh no worries, he'll move to the left since he has the space...but ohh so surprisingly that doesn't happen! In the past I used to just move out of the way and simply get pissed off inside my head, but in such a country it kept happening way too often and everywhere and by all sorts of ages and people (exception to the old and the very young of course.) It was time for a change. So I began to continue my straight line walking and at the last minute, before a collision happens, THEY would move. Vio là , so easy and it even felt good! So its been ages.... Design never seems to disinterest me, no matter what it is. I'm in love with branding, architectural, interior, product, packaging, fashion, accessories, nature.... it's everywhere and its always entertaining to look at. So....today I wanted to share some products I found that are pretty to the eye, that are simply innovative, and even products that are so pretty you get people to buy them because they look nice but won't actually use them. When I need to simmer something, I always keep the wooden spoon in between the lid and the pot but I can not help but think that it could be a fire hazard since I use a gas stove. This is utterly useful, and I would definitely buy it and use it. I gather a lot with my extended family and there is always a table full of various nuts but not always enough ashtrays.
