Why do we like listening to music?

Do we listen to music differently in different stages of our lives?  Do we find some songs more gratifying than others in different times in our lives? Why do some songs make us feel good inside and others are just... just alright. Is it the wave frequency or is it that we relate to the lyrics? I, personally, know that I am not drawn to the words, sure it's great when the songs connect to your feelings and thoughts, but that is not my top requirement when choosing which songs I like or I should say which songs pull me in. I don't feel I choose them. They automatically get replayed and eventually given the title (at least in my head if I don't share them with anyone) that this song is goood.  My taste of music is different than what most people around me like. It is a personal thing. Most of the time I listen to music either on my earphones or in my car, sometimes there are others around me where in that case I listen to different genres usually something more upbeat. Most d

Animal Fur

I was watching The Kardashians a few days ago and Khloe was asked to do a nude photo-shoot to be placed in a campaign against animal fur. I'm not going to show it to you cause i dont really want any naked ppl on my blog lol, but if you are interested look it up. Which I actually think is a good way to bring about a message, because it actually gets people's attention--but of course a campaign such as this one would definitely not be done in the middle east or it would have the opposite effect most probably!
Anyway, the campaign was done by an organization named PETA and when she first went to them, she was obviously against the idea of posing naked. BUT then they showed her a video(s) of how they actaully get skinned. Now they didnt show that on tv but it sure got my attention! So I looked up videos on youtube and here's one.

okay I'm off to go do something happy, can't think of this anymore. but I think if someone wants to enjoy animal fur, just buy the freaking animal or enjoy fake fur

Geometric Furniture and Designs

Today's post was inspired from octagonal and hexagonal furniture pieces and my intention was to write a full blog post about only those two shapes, but once I did my search about them I found them quiet boring honestly and therefore this post has become broader to include all shapes and polygons!
